The Next Emeril?

I had lunch today with a young guy here in NOLA -- Blake Killian. If you're a foodie, he's got a killer blog over at BlakeMakes.com.

But Blake Makes is just the beginning. Over the course of 90 minutes this guy lays out a plan for a kingdom all spinning out of Blake Makes... gotta love that kind of big thinking. Just goes to show you, as far as the Internet is concerned, we've yet to see the real power... the GenY folks like Blake get this stuff and more importantly they get how to exploit the power of the community to create world wide brands.
