I'm a big proponent of asking the customer what they want, hope for or desire. Then trying your best to deliver.

So tell me... you're here... why? What made you stop by? What makes you come back? What kinds of posts are your favorite?

Do you want to be provoked? Do you like lists of good tips? Maybe you prefer to be pointed towards other smart people with a bit of context as to why you should care? Or do you want to serve up your challenges and hope for some answers?

Do you wish I'd cover Social Media more? Or maybe focus on traditional advertising or PR? Maybe a post or two on brand experience or aligning all consumer touchpoints to maximize their conversationability?? What kind of content are you hoping I can provide?
